The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and facilitating the placement activities for students within an educational institution or organization. This role involves liaising with companies, organizing placement drives, and providing career guidance and support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Placement Coordination: Organize and manage placement drives,
• job fairs to connect students with potential employers.
• Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and recruitment agencies to secure job opportunities and internships for students.
• Interview Preparation: Provide on resume writing assistance, and interview preparation to students.
Qualifications:
• Education: Post Graduation
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a placement officer role or freshers can apply
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to ?18,000.00 per month
