Job description Position - Academic Counsellor(Female Candidate Preferred) Responsibilities:- 1. Offer comprehensive academic counseling to both students and professionals, guiding them on both online and traditional education course options. 2. Tailor counseling sessions to each individual\'s unique needs, career objectives, and academic goals. 3. Devise effective strategies aimed at converting prospective leads into enrolled candidates for management programs. 4. Maintain proactive and consistent communication with candidates through various channels such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and personalized email correspondence. 5. Assist students throughout the admissions process, ensuring adherence to all requirements and deadlines. 6. Facilitate the submission of applications and necessary documentation to partner universities on behalf of students. 7. Remain abreast of trends and developments in the higher education landscape, offering valuable insights to enhance counseling services. 8. Engage in ongoing training programs to continually refine counseling skills and stay updated on industry knowledge. Educational Qualifications and Skills:-
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Academic Counselor within an Ed-tech company.
- Profound understanding of online and traditional education courses within the Indian context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to guide students through the admission process and achieve set targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems utilized.
- Help students and professionals choose between online and regular education courses.
- Understand each person\'s goals and offer personalized guidance.
- Come up with ways to turn potential students into enrolled ones for management programs.
- Keep in touch with students through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Assist with admissions and paperwork for partner universities.
- Stay updated on changes in higher education and share insights.
- Take part in training to improve counseling skills.
