Position Title: Tele-Counsellor/Caller (Full Time)Purpose: To counsel and provide guidance to engineering students for admission in various online/offline courses for preparation of competitive exams like GATE, ESE, PSUs etc.Responsibilities
  • To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
  • To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams
  • To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
  • To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time
Skills
  • Excellent Communications in English
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate
Experience
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in Tele-Counselling
  • Preference to experience Education (EdTech)/IT/BPO industry
