Job Summary:
• The Executive in Student Services will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, ensuring their academic and personal success. This role involves managing various student services, addressing student concerns, and promoting a positive and supportive environment. The Executive will work closely with the Deputy Manager - Student Services to implement and oversee student services initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Student Support Services: Implement and Assistance in Student Services such as Hostel, Food, Transport etc.
• Assist students in navigating resources, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to student emergencies and provide appropriate referrals to counseling and health services.
• Assist in developing and implementing crisis management plans.
• Implement, and evaluate student services and activities.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and events organized for student well-being and success.
• Student Engagement: Promote student involvement in out of the class activities.
• Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through various engagement initiatives.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, student data and services provided.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in student services or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of student development theories.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
