Student Relationship Manager QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate
LOCATION: Bengaluru (Jayanagar)
CTC: 25K - 33K depending on the experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in relevant / related field
Experience in Banks (customer care) / ITES / Insurance firm will be added advantage
WORK-DAYS: Monday to Friday (Candidates should be flexible to work on Weekends.
Week off will be given on any of the weekday depending on the business requirements)
WORK TIMINGS: Shift 1: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, General Shift (shift 2): 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Shift 3: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Timings vary as per your shift.

Knowledge or experience in other technology tools is an added advantage. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing a conducive learning environment for the mapped set of learners.
Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners in a timely manner
Interact and engage with the learners to keep them on track in their learning progress
Monitor weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning management system
Motivate learners to participate actively in classes and other activities.
Target zero drop-out rate of learners. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb933,000.00 per month Schedule:
