: UCAM Mumbai Campus is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts in attracting and enrolling talented students. The Student Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in achieving enrollment targets and enhancing UCAM\'s reputation in Mumbai and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract prospective students for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Identify target markets, segments, and demographics to tailor recruitment efforts effectively.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through various channels including outreach events, digital marketing, partnerships, and referrals.
- Nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-up to convert inquiries into applications and enrollments.
- Collaboration and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational counselors, community organizations, and industry partners to promote UCAM\'s programs.
- Represent UCAM at recruitment fairs, school visits, and other relevant events to enhance visibility and recruit prospective students.
- Admissions Support:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours to showcase UCAM\'s facilities, faculty, and student life.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Utilize CRM systems and databases to track recruitment activities, manage applicant information, and analyze recruitment trends.
- Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment messaging with UCAM\'s brand identity and promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related roles within higher education.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, enrollment management, and admissions processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to recruitment planning and execution.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai education landscape and local networks is desirable.
