About the Role: As the Training & Placement Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the career paths of our students. You will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters Secure internships and job opportunities for students
• Organize industry-specific workshops and career fairs Deliver training sessions on job search skills.
• Manage our online job portal and track placement rates.

What We're Looking For: Any degree with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role Proven success in building corporate relationships Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in career development training and tracking placement success Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications: Experience within Indus University's focus areas Demonstrated success in exceeding placement targets. Understanding of industry trends and job market demands. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
