Job Summary:

As a Physiotherapist at [ Anant Yogalaya care Pvt. Ltd. ], you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients suffering from physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries. Your role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify issues related to movement, strength, and function.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses and patients' goals.

- Utilize a variety of techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrotherapy) to treat patients.

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery and prevent future injuries.

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.

- Stay informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatments.

- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in physiotherapy practice.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Valid state/provincial license or registration as a Physiotherapist.

- Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

- Proficiency in a range of physiotherapy techniques and modalities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and colleagues.

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring strength and dexterity.
