Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Student Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage student communication, fee follow-ups, attendance tracking, and data management. This role involves efficiently coordinating with students, maintaining centralized records, and ensuring smooth operations in our IT training institute or EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fee Management:
• Contact students regarding fee payments (due or pending).
• Address queries or concerns related to pending fees and provide necessary assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fee records in Excel.
• Data Management:
• Create and manage a centralized database for all student information.
• Ensure accurate recording and easy retrieval of student data.
• Regularly update records to reflect attendance, performance, and certifications.
• Certificate and Communication Management:
• Prepare and send training certificates to students on course completion.
• Send email updates to students regarding events, workshops, or other activities organized by the company.
• Attendance Management:
• Monitor and consolidate student attendance records.
• Generate periodic attendance reports to track and improve student engagement.
• Coordination and Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for student-related queries.
• Provide timely communication and updates to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events related to student learning and development.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and management.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Organizational skills to handle and maintain centralized data systems.
• Familiarity with email tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and student communication.
• Basic understanding of EdTech or IT training operations is a plus.
