Position: Student Mentor( (Non-Kerala Staff)
Locations: Mumbai (Maharashtra), Delhi
Working Hours: Evening Shift (12:00 PM to 8:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Act as a liaison between students and the organization to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
• Assist in resolving challenges faced by students and provide motivational support.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and implement student engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in customer care or a related field.
• Proficiency in Hindi and other North Indian languages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students.
• Empathy and patience to understand and address individual student needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
