We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Student Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role involves tele-calling current students to introduce and promote our service portfolio, setting up meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with students. The ideal candidate will manage student databases, handle appointment scheduling, and pass on sales leads to the sales department. You will also work to gather quality referrals from existing students and meet monthly admission targets to support institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tele-call existing students for introductions and service explanations.
- Set up meetings and maintain robust student databases.
- Handle appointment scheduling and manage sales leads.
- Gather and leverage student referrals to attract new students.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Oversee and guide a team.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree.
- Freshers welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Male candidates only.
Salary : negotiable with incentives
Experience:
- Fresher or 1 year of total work experience.
Schedule: Day shift.
