Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Student Counselor

to join our study abroad team in

Chennai

. The ideal candidate will assist students in choosing the right international education programs, guide them through the admission and visa processes, and provide end-to-end support for their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and career prospects. Assess students' academic background, interests, and financial capabilities to suggest suitable programs. Assist students in the application and admission process, including document preparation and submission. Provide guidance on visa procedures and assist with visa applications and documentation. Coordinate with international universities for application processing, offers, and admissions. Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and seminars to create awareness about study abroad options. Maintain and update student records, follow up on applications, and track progress. Stay updated on global education trends, scholarships, and university admission requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Counseling, or related fields).

Experience:

Minimum 0

-2 years

of experience in study abroad counseling or academic advising. Strong knowledge of international education systems, university admission procedures, and visa regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
