Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential students through cold calling to provide information about our programs and understand their educational needs. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into prospective students by effectively communicating the benefits of our courses and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. Arranging Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective students to discuss course offerings, career opportunities, and the unique advantages of choosing Clara International Aesthetic College. Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and promptly. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants to provide additional information, address concerns, and guide them through the decision-making process. Event Participation: Represent the college at events, fairs, and seminars to promote our programs and engage with potential students. Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Data Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with students, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in student counseling or sales roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of the education industry and aesthetics field is a plus.
