Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with university students, inform them about the scope of studying abroad, and provide counseling to help them explore opportunities in foreign studies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide and support students in their academic and career pursuits.

• Key Responsibilities: Make calls to university students to promote the benefits and opportunities of studying abroad.o Generate interest and schedule counseling sessions for students.o Follow up on previous interactions to maintain student engagement.o Handle calls from students seeking information about foreign studies.o Provide accurate and comprehensive information about different countries, universities, courses, and admission processes.o Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals and aspirations.o Provide guidance on selecting the right courses, universities, and countries based on their interests and career objectives.o Assist students in understanding the application procedures and opportunities.o Build and maintain positive relationships with students and university representatives.o Address student queries, concerns, and objections effectively.o Maintain a database of student interactions and update information regularly.o Promote and sell our educational programs and services to students. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, counselor, or similar role in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and advisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Position : Counsellor Coordinator (Female candidates who will work at various universities).

Qualifications: Must be Graduates

Number of Open Positions: 10

Salary Range: Upto 30k

Required Skills: Good communication skills, High IQ level and Presentable appearance. Location : Various University.

Working Hours:

• Shift Timings : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days : Monday to Friday.
