Job Description

1. Student Counseling and Support:

• Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students and their parents, addressing their academic and career aspirations.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with students to track their progress and provide ongoing support.

2. Daily Center Operations:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Facility Management: Ensure the center is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary resources.
• Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of classes, counseling sessions, and events.

3. Handling Inquiries and Walk-ins:

• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist walk-in students and their parents, providing information about the center's services.
• Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly and accurately.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and walk-ins into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of the center's services.

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and administrative files.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, enrollments, and other key metrics for management review.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between students, parents, and instructors.

5. Marketing and Outreach:

• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events such as open houses, workshops, and seminars.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Social Media: Support the marketing team in creating and posting content on social media platforms to engage with the community and attract prospective students.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement in services and operations.
• Service Improvement: Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the quality of student services and overall experience.
• Compliance: Ensure all center operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.

7. Financial Management:

• Fee Collection: Manage the collection of fees from students, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Budget Adherence: Assist in monitoring and managing the center's budget, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
• Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports as required.

8. Team Coordination:

• Staff Support: Provide support to instructors and other staff members, ensuring they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
• Training: Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
• Team Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
