Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Student Counselor, your primary responsibility is to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. You'll provide information about educational programs, address their concerns, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Outreach and Engagement:

• Reach out to potential students via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Explain program details, admission requirements, and benefits.
• Build rapport and address any doubts or objections.

Lead Conversion:

• Convert inquiries into enrolled students by highlighting the value of the institution.
• Use persuasive communication to encourage enrollment.

Admissions Support:

• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with admissions teams to streamline the process.

Relationship Building:

• Maintain positive relationships with students throughout their journey.
• Provide ongoing support and address concerns promptly.

Sales Metrics:

• Track conversion rates, follow-up success, and overall performance.
• Meet enrollment targets.
