Student Counselor
Job Description
Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and initiator student counselor for our branch office at Ernakulam.Prior to working in the same area Preferred who is responsible for student admission, Converting Walk-ins into Admissions, Converting online leads, and Resolving customer queries relating to the courses. Work Good communication & interpersonal required. Must be good in negotiation & convincing skills. Should have a pleasing personality with good communication. Good Attitude to working in an ethical environment. Convert leads into admission
• Must have a good communication skills to guide and counsel the students
• Assisting students in course selection as well as scheduling the classes
• Doing regular follow-up with the students
• Assist with leads generation
- Tele calling experience will be a plus
- Perform additional tasks related to admissions and coordination.
