Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
• Answer incoming calls from potential students to provide detailed information about our digital marketing courses and AI tools.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns to convert them into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting leads into students.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized course recommendations based on individual student goals and interests.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our courses, including curriculum details, course structure, and internship opportunities.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students to address their queries and concerns.
• Assist students in understanding the admission process, financial options, and course requirements.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen program.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and enrollment figures.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
• Attend educational fairs, webinars, and other events to promote UpSkill Now Education and attract new students.
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on student interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
