The MBBS Abroad Student Counselor is a vital member of our team, responsible for guiding and advising Indian students who aspire to study medicine abroad. You will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their dreams by providing comprehensive counseling, personalized support, and facilitating the application process to international medical universities.Responsibilities:Student Counseling:
- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand their academic background, career goals, and financial constraints.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about MBBS programs in various countries, including admission requirements, curriculum, fees, and living costs.
- Assist students in selecting the most suitable university and program based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain contact with partner universities and institutions to stay updated on the latest program information and admission requirements.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Assist with visa applications and pre-departure preparations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and applications.
- Prepare reports and presentations on student enrollment and program performance.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote MBBS abroad programs.
