Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to assist clients with emotional, psychological, and personal issues.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during times of urgent need.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of counseling sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure goals are being met and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies.
• Foster a non-judgmental, supportive environment to help clients express and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, educators, or community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend workshops/conferences related to counseling.

Pay: ?18,523.92 - ?25,002.62 per month
