Post: Student Counsellor
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from students and potential learners.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential learners with the goal of promoting our courses.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our online courses.
• Conduction of webinars/presentations/interactive sessions with Universities/ Colleges/ Learners to explain program outcomes.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, enrollment process, and enrollment procedures offering support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for learner inquiries related to technical issues, course access, account management, and other platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with other departments, including technical support and academic advisors, to resolve complex issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential learners. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream. (PG preferred)
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer support/service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Odia, Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with parents and students.
Salary: 12000-20000
