Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Education Counselor cum Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide counseling to students interested in studying abroad, while also actively promoting and selling our services. This position requires a blend of counseling skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:



Counseling:

Provide comprehensive counseling to students interested in pursuing higher education abroad, assessing their academic background, career aspirations, and preferences.

Sales Generation:

Actively promote and sell our consultancy services to prospective students, effectively communicating the benefits of our services and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Lead Conversion:

Convert student inquiries into enrollments for our consultancy services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Documentation Assistance:

Assist students in gathering required documents and completing application forms for universities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with admission requirements.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance our consultancy's reputation and visibility in the market.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with prospective students to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, actively seeking out new opportunities for business growth.

Market Research:

Stay updated on trends and developments in the field of overseas education, conducting market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for expansion.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated systems, providing regular reports to the management team.

Continuous Learning:

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills, sales techniques, and knowledge of study options abroad.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, International Relations, etc.). Previous experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales roles within the education sector preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues. Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the higher education system, particularly study abroad options, is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Requirements:



Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules and recruitment events. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to students throughout their educational journey. Willingness to travel for university visits, recruitment events, and training sessions as needed.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
