We are seeking a dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team. The Student Counsellor will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic success, personal development, and overall well-being within our institution.
Responsibilities
• Assess academic and career needs of students.
• Conduct Counselling Sessions with students and parents
• Provide detailed information about courses, placement and fee structure
• Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents.
• To ensure targets are met as set by the management.
• Accountable for overall admission target individually as well as that of the team.
• Take decisions during counselling to assess students' capability to undertake appropriate Courses.
Skills Required
• Counselling and convincing skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 0 to 3 years' experience in counselling
• Communication and listening skills
• Must be able to work under deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
