As an Academic Student Counselor for Sales, your primary responsibility is to acquire students & call students. You will play a crucial role in guiding students through the enrollment process & converting the leads, providing information about our courses on outbound calls, and helping them understand the value of our educational offerings. This position requires a blend of sales and academic counseling skills to help students achieve their educational and career goals. Successful conversion of leads is the main KPI for this role & KRA will be 100-150 calls per day. Qualification: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in counselling or a related field. - Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology.
