Required Skills/Abilities:
• Prior experience in Student Counseling
• Effective and concise communication skills with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with computers and the internet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to convince.
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
• Strong team skills and relationship building skills.
