Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Actively reach out to potential students and parents to generate leads.
• Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and provide information about the institute's programs.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
• Sales and Enrollment: Convert leads into enrollments by effectively presenting the institute's offerings.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Persuasive and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
