Key Responsibilities

Strongly support the Main Teacher to effectively implement high quality standards of BHIS grade level curriculum.

Strongly support the Main/Class Teacher in implementation of BHIS vision & philosophy.

Manage and effectively implement the day to day academic functioning in the designated classroom and seek timely clarifications.

Assist in preparing the learning environment, setting up interest centers, and organizing essential resources.

Coordinate effectively with the Main teacher to ensure health, safety and security of the students and in smooth classroom functioning

Monitor student learning in the class

Utilize and maintain the school resources efficiently leading to effective implementation of the curriculum and avoid wastage

Attend regular curriculum workshops and other skill enhancement workshops and meeting under the direction of the Principal / Coordinator.

Adhere to the teacher code of conduct as specified by BHIS

Assist the Main teacher in maintaining and updating all class student records and documents as per the SIP guidelines.

Assist in ensuring smooth and effective communication between teacher and parent.

Monitor, assist special children in class (if applicable) and implement the special needs guidelines

Assist school leadership in school promotional/special events.

Attend all training, workshop and professional development programmes under the directive of the Coordinator and Principal.

Ensure all company values are understood and practiced.

Contribute to the company's Values being understood, accepted and practiced; and

Undertake other duties as directed by the Coordinator and/or Principal.

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
