Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our team, specializing in higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will guide students through the admissions process, provide expert advice on study destinations, courses, and career pathways, and contribute to the company's growth by generating leads and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:
• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study options abroad, including countries, universities, and courses.
• Assess students' academic and professional backgrounds to recommend suitable programs.
• Explain the application process, admission requirements, and visa procedures in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Generate new leads through marketing activities, referrals, and events.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential students to meet enrollment targets.
• Revenue Generation:
• Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
• Promote and sell additional services offered by the company, such as test preparation, visa assistance, and travel planning.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with team members to create and execute outreach strategies.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Keep accurate records of student interactions and maintain a database of leads and enrollments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on performance to management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (education or management background preferred).
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or overseas consultancy sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
