Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exceed targets in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building relationships with students preparing for CA exams.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business leads through calls/Video call and convert them into successful sales.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential students.
Conduct 100-150 daily calls/video call to guide students regarding CA Exam Test Series and services.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and support.
Requirements:
Experience: Freshers or 6 months/1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education sector.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Professionalism: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
