Job Title: Student Counselor

We are seeking a female Student Counselor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guiding students in their educational journey, helping them choose the right career paths, and offering support for academic and personal development. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling services to students and assisting them in their educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and guidance to students on academic and career decisions
• Assist students in identifying their strengths and career aspirations
• Develop personalized plans to help students achieve their goals
• Organize workshops and sessions on career development, stress management, and personal growth
• Liaise with parents and educational institutions to ensure the student's well-being and progress
• Maintain student records and document counseling sessions
• Stay updated on educational trends and opportunities to better advise students
• Provide emotional support and help resolve personal or academic issues

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and understanding approach towards students
• Ability to provide solutions to personal, academic, and career challenges
• Degree or certification in counseling, psychology , or related fields is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
