Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Counsellor to join our team at Blitz Academy. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students to ensure their academic success and personal development. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their goals and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree and Diploma Any
• Education, Counseling, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in counselling or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways
• Proficiency in MS Office and counseling software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic courses.
• Setting sales goals and Developing sales strategies
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer\'s questions and enquires.
• Conduct career counselling and guide students in making informed decisions about their future
• Stay updated on educational trends and resources to provide relevant information to students.
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
