We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and contributing to our sales and customer service goals. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of telecalling and develop valuable communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Assist in the implementation of telecalling campaigns.
• Collect feedback and handle customer complaints.
• Document call information and outcomes in the system.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
