We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Counselling:
Advise students on various study abroad opportunities, including country selection, courses, universities, and career planning.
Lead Generation and Management:
Actively source and identify potential student leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and referrals.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interaction details.

Outreach and Engagement:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad programs and services.
Set up meetings with students via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in-person as required.
Send brochures, emails, and WhatsApp messages to share relevant program details and updates.
Answer queries and address concerns to build trust and establish relationships with students and their families.

Process Management:
Oversee the admission and visa procedures, as well as accommodation and travel arrangements, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Information Provision:
Deliver accurate and detailed information about study abroad programs, courses, colleges, and universities in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and more.
Client Support:
Assist students and parents with form-filling and address any inquiries they may have.
Course Guidance:
Provide comprehensive insights on Diploma, Bachelor's, and master's programs across all streams.
Positive Experience:
Ensure that every parent and student leaves with a positive impression to encourage referrals.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest study abroad programs offered by partner colleges and universities, using this knowledge to assist students effectively.
Comprehensive Support:
Help students with every detail from registration to their arrival in the host country.
Database Management:
Maintain an organized database of counseled students and applications submitted abroad.
Suitability Assessment:
Evaluate client details to determine their fit for specific courses and universities, offering tailored guidance accordingly.
University Promotion:
Assist in promoting the universities represented by our company.
Student Motivation:
Analyse students' mindsets interested in studying abroad and motivate them to pursue their desired courses.
Reporting:
Provide timely updates and reports to management.

Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in the study abroad industry.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional spoken and written English skills, along with proficiency in the local language.
Customer Service Orientation:
Strong commitment to assisting students and parents with any inquiries during phone conversations.
