Develop structural designs for STP, WTP, and other infrastructure projects using engineering software and tools.
Perform structural analysis to assess the integrity and stability of designs under various loads and conditions.

Collaborate with Civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between structural design and overall project goals.
Participate in project planning and development meetings to provide technical input.
3. Site Inspections:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify that work is being performed according to approved designs and specifications.
Identify and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.
4. Documentation:
Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, and reports for project documentation.
Maintain accurate records of structural assessments, inspections, and modifications.
5. Compliance:
Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to incorporate into design processes.
6. Problem Solving:
Analyze structural problems and propose innovative solutions to overcome design challenges.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
7. Project Management Support:
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project updates and challenges to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
