Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Structural Modeler to join our team and contribute to the design and construction of data centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed structural models using advanced software tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Creation: Develop detailed 3D structural models of data center buildings and components using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
• Collaboration: Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and other design professionals to ensure models accurately represent the intended design.
• Documentation: Produce construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, from the structural models and issue them to CDE/ACC .
• Coordination: Integrate S tructural models with Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models. Ensure models are coordinated by utilising Navisworks for clash testing.
• Quality Assurance: Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BEP requirements and industry standards.
• Data Management: Maintain and organize model files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all project stakeholders via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Innovation: Stay current with advancements in modeling software and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve modeling processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural modeling, preferably with experience in data center projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla. Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction practices.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
