Job Description

The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural components and systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Location- Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components and systems using advanced engineering software.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Perform structural analysis and simulations to assess the feasibility and safety of designs.
• Review and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and technological advancements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Structural Design Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
