- Hands-on experience in design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Tekla, STAAD Pro etc.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and relating field
- Ability to be innovative and come up with new ideas
- Project management skills
- Time management and organizational skills.
