OverviewStress \xe2\x80\x93Aircraft InteriorsResponsibilities\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of aircraft and understanding the functions of various aerospace components\xc2\xb7 Expert in Finite element meshing (1D, 2D, 3D) using Hypermesh - DFEM\xc2\xb7 Should be capable of idealizing the structure (DFEM)\xc2\xb7 Experience in modeling Aircraft interior components like Galleys, monuments etc\xc2\xb7 Experience on using connections like MPCs, Stuck nodes, Glue elements, CFAST etc\xc2\xb7 Experience in modifying the Nastran deck and Capable of handling FE files\xc2\xb7 Experience in submitting and debugging issues with Nastran Runs\xc2\xb7 Well versed in post-processing FE results and capable of presenting the FEM results\xc2\xb7 Experience in FE Validations\xc2\xb7 Experience in performing hand calculations for justification of components\xc2\xb7 Very well-versed in preparing stress reports\xc2\xb7 Experience in Airworthiness Standards, safety and regulatory standards like FAA, EASA requirementsQualificationsB.E/B.Tech - Mechanical EngineeringEssential skills\xc2\xb7 Pre Processing: Hypermesh (above 2021), FE MAP, Patran\xc2\xb7 Solver: Nastran (Mandatory)\xc2\xb7 Post Processing: Hyperview and Patran\xc2\xb7 Excel & VBA, Tcl/Tk, PCL (Desirable)\xc2\xb7 Python Scripting (Desirable)\xc2\xb7 Good in excel macros, Tcl/Tk, PCL (Desirable)\xc2\xb7 Catia V5, AIRENA (Basic knowledge)Experience5-10 YearsBenefits
