Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of athletes' physical abilities and monitor progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued development and injury prevention. 3. Instruction and Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and ensuring safe and effective workout practices. 4. njury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Collaborate with medical staff to develop and oversee injury prevention strategies and assist in the rehabilitation process of injured athletes. 5. Performance Monitoring: Utilize various performance metrics and testing to track athletes' progress, identify areas for improvement, and modify training plans accordingly. 6. Education and Motivation : Educate athletes on nutrition, recovery, and overall health to enhance their performance and well-being, while motivating them to reach their full potential. 7. Maintain training facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment for athletes. 8.
