Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES of a STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH at PEAK PERFORMANCE
Assessment and Feedback:
- Conduct Sports specific fitness testing and functional assessment to understand the level of fitness of the athlete/individual.
- Utilise diagnostic tools and tests laid out in the organisation's protocol.
Exercise Plan customisation and delivery:
- Develop personalised Exercise Plan for your athlete/individual depending on the results of the testing, their goals etc
- Extreme focus on posture, exercise technique, muscle engagement, breath work, mind body connection is very essential while conducting a sessions along with inputs on sleep, nutrition and stress
Rehabilitation:
- Guide athletes/individual through rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
- Make sure to co-ordinated with the Physiotherapy & Recovery therapist to optimise the results
Performance and Education:
- Educate athletes/individuals on injury prevention strategies, proper biomechanics, and conditioning techniques.
- Make sure to work on a holistic plan which includes all the components of fitness allowing the athlete/individual get closer to their goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sports & musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, sports recovery therapist, sports nutritionist and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and facilitate safe return to sport/functional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, exercise plan, and progress reports.

QUALIFICATION
- Degree in exercise science or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Certificate of completion of CSCS, ASCA or equivalent.
- Valid certification to work as a strength and conditioning coach.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, and biomechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Shift: 8 hours shift (FULL TIME)
Location: Hennur, Whitefield
Education: Degree or certification in strength and conditioning, fitness within validity.
Experience: Freshers - 2 yrs
