This is a highly visible and complex role for hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and structures. You will be:Driving important initiatives to achieve operational goalsBuilding and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growthOverseeing day-to-day operations of a business unitLeading and executing key company initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersLocation: Bengaluru, India / Mumbai, India (in-office role)RequirementsMBA (or equivalent) degree from a top-tier university, with STEM or another highly quantitative undergrad degree.A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas.Atleast 5 years of previous experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, similar roles in fast growing technology company.Non-linear career with exposure to diverse problem statements and markets.Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working at xalts:Be part of something exciting.
