JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Performance Areas:
- Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proven ability to analyse and identify insights, from a combination of data sources, and to make objective recommendations to drive the business.
- Will be responsible for identifying business insights and recommending solutions to drive profitable growth.
- Will work closely with sales & marketing team on key initiative planning cycles.
- Strong acumen for competitor\'s activity and works closely with NPD, keeping in view the market/consumer requirements.
- Does critical analysis of SG&A and improve company\'s SG& A on continuous manner.
- Capability to analyse post initiative sales, activity trends and results to further refine processes.
- Point of contact from sales strategy & operations when it concerns the annual budget planning cycle.
- Define strategy framework, guidelines and template
- Working closely with respective vertical heads to prepare strategy
- Consolidation of function/verticals strategy into a company strategy
- Check for underpinning of Goals and Objectives & Overall balancing as well as alignment between demand creation and fulfillment functions.
- Provide critical inputs as well as gaps in execution, if any, on a monthly basis ( and cumulative)
- Planning review meetings and recording minutes to monitor performance.- common
- Check and Ensure alignment of goal setting exercise of direct reports of M/CEO and Sales & Marketing Director - common
- Part of CEO/MD\'s office, these strategy managers work in tandem with departmental heads and key stakeholders to derive maximum efficiency keeping in mind company\'s growth in structural manner and present way to go to CEO/MD.
- Analyse business data periodically; to find out the reasons for sales up/down for proper strategy planning and presenting the same to the Director /CEO/Business heads and do quarterly review with the on ground team.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to formulate and develop segment business plans & constantly evolving go-to-market strategies.
