1.To support and lead including playing a pivotal role in building business practices medium-term and long-term strategic plan. 2.Anchor portfolio management, business model evolution, strategic alliances, partnerships and go-to-market strategy execution. 3.Work towards developing a dominant position in identified niche market areas by focused actions and measures (both tactical and strategic). 4.Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets and customers and help build right set of offerings that are future proof. 5.Contributions should directly & indirectly translate to product portfolio expansion, translating to business area growth. 6.Establish metrics required to measure business performance and proactively address performance gaps. 7.Deliver regular reports for business leadership that is unambiguous, engaging, informative and convincing diverse stakeholder groups. Work involves close liaison with business unit head and linked leadership team Qualifications Preferred Qualification: 1.MBA or equivalent management degree with bachelors\' degrees in technical/engineering. 2.10-12 years of overall experience with atleast recent 5 years in organization strategy, consulting and leadership advisory functions. Person specifications: 1.Someone with intrapreneur mind set and understands a start-up culture 2.Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with persuasive communication skills. 3.Well developed collaborative nature and influencing skills - how you do things is often as important as what you do. 4.Energy, enthusiasm and focus along with contextual sensitivity and effectiveness across broad spectrum of people behaviors. 5.Take responsibility for own actions and manage continuous improvements. 6.Create powerful messaging to market and meetings with external and internal stakeholders. 7.Should be able to design and lead workshops. 8.Preferred: International exposure (USA, Europe) with Foreign language skills (German preferred) Additional Information . This position will have a direct interface to Healthcare practice leader and will liaison with counterparts at Principal Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, Germany. This position involves extensive influencing with external partners and Healthcare ecosystems. The position will involve local & international business travels.
