Brand Catapult, a leading marketing and advertising firm, is seeking a Strategy Lead to join our team. As the Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives for our clients. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify the best solutions that meet business objectives and drive measurable results. You will also be tasked with helping to grow and mentor our team of strategists as we continue to expand our offering. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that meet business objectives for clients across various industries Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on business initiatives Review and analyze data to track and optimize campaign performance Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations that communicate strategy and performance to clients and internal teams Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities that align with client goals Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and planning Experience working in an agency environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business results Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once Benefits Reimbursements
