We are looking for Strategy Manager for our Secure Power division to make an impact!

You will be a key member of the Secure Power Strategy team, in supporting the Senior Strategy Director in executing strategic projects and actively contributing to building of the global strategy of Schneider Electric\xe2\x80\x99s Secure Power and Data Center business. You will be exposed to multiple stakeholders across the organization and various parts of the business.
What will you do?

Lead strategic studies in driving content, questions, analysis, storytelling, and recommendation -
Manage a strategy project day-to-day independently with support of the Senior Strategy Director -
Develop hypothesis and perform in-depth research to obtain relevant data on markets, competition, technology, business models and more -
Structure and conduct data analysis (including collecting, cleaning, and visualizing data) to drive quantitative and qualitative business insights

Apply business judgement and knowledge to synthesize research and analysis findings into actionable business recommendations -
Prepare and present written and oral reports of findings to key stakeholders inside and, if required, outside Schneider Electric -
Develop, manage and maintain excellent relationships within Schneider Electric \xe2\x80\x93 at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

Work experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience , consulting experience plus -
Education: Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Business preferred; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business with a focus on Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or related majors -
Languages: fluency in spoken and written English; Any other language is a plus -
Other: excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills, and presentation writing skills
