PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will focus on customer and competitor research, providing critical insights to support our strategic initiatives. This role requires a keen understanding of the energy market, strong research skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Duties

• Conduct comprehensive research on customers and competitors within the energy sector.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into broader strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics.
• Design and implement customer surveys and other research methodologies. Requirements
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, or a related role within the energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with research tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desirable skills

• Knowledge of the energy market and its key players is highly desirable.
