Talent Acquisition Partners will be working across borders and be empowered and self organised. Key Responsibilities
Partners & consult with the business across the globe regarding all talent acquisition aspects including talent sourcing, selection, and hiring
Participate in or lead recruiting teams across regions or globally when necessary
Recruit across various clusters/regions and build networks
Provide comprehensive and customized talent acquisition strategies, including pipelining, branding, talent selection, candidate experience, sourcing, developing offer details, and handling negotiations
Expert user of applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn
Collaborate and build strong relationships across the People & Culture and other chapters
Facilitates the decision-making process with hiring manager and the other stakeholders to hire the best candidate for the role.
Who You Are
8+ years Technical recruiter skilled in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management, with strong communication, influencing,and partnering abilities.
Proficient in technical aspects such as sourcing, offer process/systems management, and talent evaluation/assessment.
Possesses strong business acumen in relevant areas of expertise (cluster).
Holds a university degree or equivalent experience gained through on-the-job training, as per local requirements.
