Collaborate with JLL Sourcing and Procurement (S&P).Collaborating with country teams to understand their procurement requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.Develop and execute Account Procurement Plan, including Country RFP, RFQs on a timely basis to achieve savings target and as a contingent to contract management to ensure contract renewals are done on timeSupport country in Ad hoc sourcing activities, lead the Sourcing activity as required.Compliance with the JLL and Google MSA Procurement ExhibitsSupplier Management:Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and supporting the Vendor Management Program in managing vendor performance.Create policies and procedures and standards to govern / assess vendor performance, achieve statutory and regulatory compliance and JLL and Account compliance.Lead Supplier Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery. Together with the Country Lead, ensure that a Performance Improvement Plan is in place and trackedConducting supplier evaluations, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost targets.Identifying potential new suppliers, conducting due diligence, and managing supplier onboarding processes.Increase diverse vendor spend and count in all countries. Collaborate with JLL S&P in countries to create a strategy on countries where diverse vendors are scarce.Support initiatives and efforts to manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues.Interacting with vendors to understand their capabilities and competency and help them to align to JLL expectations. Develop them towards becoming preferred partners/Strategic Alliance Partners.Increase sustainable vendor based across APAC and major countries/citiesIssue resolution on vendor performance issuesProcurement Process Optimization:Developing and maintaining procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Continuous review and update of Procurement PlaybookImplementing best practices to streamline procurement processes, reduce cycle times, and drive efficiency.Implementing digital procurement tools and technologies to automate processes, improve data analytics, and enhance decision-making.Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice, leverage data to drive best practice across the accountCost Management:Identifying cost-saving opportunities through negotiations, strategic sourcing, and supplier optimization.Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.Monitoring and analyzing procurement spend, implementing cost control measures, and providing regular reports as agreed with stakeholders.Deliver Sourcing target as per MSA KPIRisk Management and Compliance:Responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs and frameworks.Provide a risk identification program and mitigation of supplier risk on multiple levels.Review vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams in ensuring that the account is using the approved vendor contracts / templates. Liaise with the legal team to address any contractual issues or disputes.Keep abreast of legislative changes ensuring that the vendors are compliant.Manage the Ethics reporting programCoordinate with JLL Risk Manager on Vendor Insurance requirement and ComplianceEnsure Vendor compliance on Contract, COI and PO. Timely loaded in Jaggaer systemEnsure that vendors are compliant with industry standards, statutory regulations, internal policies and contractual terms, conditions, and obligations.
