Responsibilities
• Candidate Screening and Sourcing:
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Application Tracking System (ATS) Management:
• Maintain and update the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Track candidate progress through the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
• Generate reports and analytics on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline status.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Provide regular updates and feedback on candidate sourcing progress and challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance their recruitment experience and promote the company's brand.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct research on talent availability and sourcing strategies to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Share insights and recommendations with the recruitment team to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with application tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing platforms and social media channels.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing within a specific industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
