As a part of access to energy Asia Pacific Business Development team, you will collaborate with country teams and sales and marketing team of retail, industry and energy BU to grow Access to Energy Business in Asia Pacific ..Your Responsibilities- Research and market analysis including the engagement & understanding of key client accounts and market direction for Access to Energy.- Develop and deploy business strategies to grow Schneider Electric Access to Energy Business in Asia to grow 5X during next four years .- Develop innovative channel to sale Access to Energy products /Solution (Solar Home System, Portable Solar Lighting System, Micro grid, Solar Water Pumping System) .- Build partnerships with Micro grid operators, Solar System Integrators, Social Enterprises, NGOs, International Development Agencies, Distribution Companies, Emergency actors and other companies to sale SE Access to Energy Products /Solution.- Collaborate with Access to Energy Training Team to build a rural retail channel with youth trained under vocational training in the field of electricity.- Develop and deployment of marketing and communication plan for Access to Energy program in collaboration with BU marketing and local marcom team and Access to Energy Communication team.About you- You will be a strong team player and an inspirational leader possessing technical credibility and presence, with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of your team, your peers and executive management.- You will exhibit a unique blend of strategic vision, functional excellence and execution success with a strong customer focus.- You must have 6-12 years of marketing / sales /pre-sales / business development experience in electrical industry.- You will be excited by the opportunity to work Rural and BOP market segment with innovative business models.- You will be an effective communicator and consensus builder across key stakeholders and strong collaboration with wider networks will be part of your DNA- Experience of successful working in a matrix structure and able to positively influence teams outside of their direct control- A commitment to diversity of thought, inclusion and a global/international view and experience is essential.- You will be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of business and make quick decisionsREQUIREMENTS:LocationBangalore/IndiaEducation Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical , Power System, Power Electronics. Candidates with degree in Mechanical Engineering can be considered provided they have 3+ years of experience in sale /marketing /business in electrical industry. Management degree will be an advantage.Job Related Experience 6+ Experience in sale / marketing/ presales / business development in electrical industry. Experience in sale and marketing off-grid /grid-tie solar products is preferable.
